As a validated member of the U.S. Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), Sportsman's Guide expects all suppliers to comply with our efforts to ensure supply chain security. Our business partners must maintain adequate physical and procedural security measures including background checks on all personnel, security and threat awareness training, and preserving the physical integrity of all orders through the point of secure conveyance to the FOB port.

In an effort to ensure respect for workers' rights, the security and integrity of our supply chain, and compliance with applicable import laws and regulations, Sportsman's Guide requires all of its suppliers/vendors to complete, submit, and have approved a International Business Agreement (IBA). An IBA is required for every manufacturer/factory a vendor employs to fulfill Sportsman's Guide purchase orders.

Adherence to the terms set out in the IBA is a condition of doing business with Sportsman's Guide. No shipments will be approved, or payments issued until a properly completed IBA has been submitted and approved.
